What is the period of my collaborators contract?

Following the Swiss Collective Labor Agreement for temporary workers, the periods of notice are:

  • 2 working days in the first 3 months of assignment
  • 7 week days from the 4th to the 6th month of assignment
  • 1 month (for the same day of the following month) as of the 7th month of assignment

If you would like to terminate an ongoing assignment, please confirm this to Manpower by email.

In case Incyte should offer the collaborator a permanent position these period of notice will also have to be respected.

Contract termination

If you want to terminate a contract, request the new end date in PIXID (respecting the notice period).
The Manpower Team will receive the request in PIXID and record the corresponding amendment in the system.

Manpower will inform the temporary worker, terminate his contract and start the offboarding process for the given termination date.
