Contractual Changes

Such changes include: assignment duration, Manager, Cost Center, Salary Increase etc.
If you’re not sure that your planned change requires a contractual change, please contact Manpower for confirmation.
Some changes do require a prior approval by Incyte’s HR department (salary increase for example).

For all changes, please contact your Manpower Team, which will create the required amendment in PIXID, which you will have to approve in the systems once submitted.

Extension of an Temporary Worker

If you plan to extend a temporary worker, please:

1. require the approval of your manager
2. request the extension in PIXID, stating your managers approval (comment field)
3. your Manpower Team will create the required amendment in PIXID
