3-Month-Assessment

What will happen after your temporary worker’s 3 months of trial period?

After the first 3 months of assignment, it will be important that both you and your temporary worker are aligned on job role and expectations.

In order to do so:

  • You will receive an electronic survey to fill out from your Manpower team
  • Your temporary worker will be invited for a meeting/call with your Manpower team
  • Feedback from survey and meeting with temporary worker  will be captured by Manpower

12-Month-Assessment

What about the yearly assessment?

Your temporary worker has already spent more than 12 months in your team and we hope the collaboration with your resource is in line with your expectations.

With this annual survey we would like to have a follow up with you to gather your feedback: please use this following link and complete the survey for each of your temporary worker :

Along with survey, if you would like to have a 1 to 1 discussion with the temporary worker on the performance, a Manpower representative will attend the online or in person meeting for an effective feedback session.
