Parternship Temptraining / Employee / Manpower
– As contracted employee, your cumulated working hours allow you to have a credit for a training of your choice.
– A minimum of 88 hours of work should be done to access the offer.
-
How does it work?
– Anytime during your mission and still 12 months after it, you can choose a training among the Temptraining catalogue.
– First, submit the registration form to Temptraining and wait for their approval before subscribing to the chosen school.
– Then, give an advance for the training, follow it (at least 80% of it) and Temptraining will provide you a class follow-up attestation + will reimburse you once the training is finished.
– The APG (loss of income insurance plans) are taken care of by Temptraining, once classes attended and reimbursed, only at the end of the classes, if you have a loss of earnings (training during a scheduled working day).
– Work safety courses are reimbursed on a lump-sum basis and are not debited from the temporary worker’s personal account. Temptraining pays CHF 500 per day or CHF 250 per half-day for workplace safety courses.
– Progressive budget: for each hour worked, temporary workers will be credited with 5.68 francs to their continuing education account. From 88 hours of work over a 12-month period, temporary workers can use their continuing education credit.
-
Nota bene
– A mandatory deduction of 0.4% is applied on your salary in order to maintain this partnership.*
– Your credit for training is growing in the course of cumulated working hours. Your Manpower local main contact can give you anytime a status of your cumulated working hours.
– The credit isn’t returned if not used.
