How many days of holidays am I entitled to?

Instead of the usual 4 weeks (20 days) holidays, Incyte Biosciences will offer you 5 weeks (25 days) and the Christmas period when their offices are closed – provided that you have at least 6 months of seniority in the company.

What happens to my holidays at the end of the year?

The remaining amount of  holidays will be transferred to the next year, i.e. the counter is not reset at the beginning of the year.

BUT you will need to consume your annual leave within the year.
Transferred days from the previous year need to be consumed by 31^st of March.
