End of Assignment

What is the notice period of my contract?

Following the Swiss Collective Labor Agreement for temporary workers, the periods of notice are:

  • 2 working days in the first 3 months of assignment
  • 7 week days from the 4th to the 6th month of assignment
  • 1 month (for the same day of the following month) as of the 7th month of assignment

 In case Incyte Biosciences offers you a permanent position these notice period will also have to be respected.

 

What do I have to do at the end of my assignment?

Contact you Manpower Team 

Please sent us a written email or letter to confirm your resignation. Please inform us before your notice period ends, to avoid any delays.

In case you receive a fix contract at Incyte, please follow the same process. Please sent us your resignation and communicate the  last working day with Manpower.

Your Manpower team will send you a confirmation email and our admin team will send you a official confirmation letter by email. You will receive all important points to note before your end of contract.

Additionally Manpower will conduct an exit interview; during this meeting we will explain all  administrative steps and a feedback about your assignment is welcomed.

 

Please remember:

  • Return all IT equipment (computer, phone or other) on your last day
  • Return your badge at the reception on your way out
  • Be sure that you entered all the hours in PIXID, so that we can also process your last pay slip

 

What will I receive at the end of my assignment?

After your last day of work you will receive:

  • The payment of your last timesheets; don’t forget to enter all the remaining hours until your last day
  • The “Attestation Employeur” for the unemployment authorities (if you need this)
  • Your work certificates which will arrive to you by post in the following days
